Fees

The organisers wish to announce that the official Slovenian DMC (Intours DMC) is responsible for collection of all registration fees. Registration is required for all conference participants preferably until 28 February 2018.

Please note that the online submission of abstracts/papers and notification of acceptance does not equals the financial registration. Please register yourself again at the link above separately, the registration to the submission system will not work in this system. Early bird fees are available until 31 March 2018. Any registration and payment received after that date will be accepted as regular registration. Confirmations, all receipts and invoices will be handled and sent to all delegates by Slovenian DMC.

Please note that those attendees who are presenting a talk or a poster should pay the registration fee before the conference, no on-site payment is available.

Student grants

Students who wish to pay the reduced registration fee can apply by sending an e-mail to the hoholr@diamond-congress.com e-mail address. Please, attach your short professional CV and a signed, scanned copy of recommendation from your professor. Please do not write grant request to any other e-mail address. It is necessary that your grant request is accepted by the Organising Committee first, so PLEASE APPLY TO THE GRANT BY E-MAIL AND WAIT FOR THE ACCEPTANCE PRIOR TO YOUR REGISTRATION. Those requestors who did not get a confirmation on grant acceptance should register at the normal rate.

The discount could only be given for the registration fee. The Organising Committee does not have the funds to help students with their travel and accommodation expenses.

 

Cancellation policy of registration

All the cancellations and changes must be sent to Diamond Congress Ltd. in written form. All refunds will be processed after the conference. If your cancellation is approved by the local organisers, the financial part will be arranged by Intours DMC later according to our instructions.

Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:

  • 100% refund (minus an administrative fee of 50 Euro) –
    in case of cancellation received before May 15, 2018
  • No refund – in case of cancellation, received after May 15, 2018
